Big Laughs Belfast is a stand-up comedy collective based in Northern Ireland. Dedicated to nurturing fresh talent, Big Laughs is at the heart of Belfast’s emerging comedy scene and now brings to you some of it’s rising stars, success stories and a special guest headliner for a fun-packed night at the Waterfront.

Bearded funster, Adam Laughlin has been winning over audiences since 2007 and earning a firm favourite slot in many clubs, and hearts, with his inimitable style. Expect well-constructed gags, bizarre and surreal set pieces, an unending energy and an undeniably hilarious stage presence.

Graeme Watson is a lovely, winsome chap who grew up in a small village near Larne, but who usually pretends he didn’t (until pressed). A resident MC at Big Laughs Comedy Open Mic Night in Belfast’s Pavilion Bar, Graeme is also a favourite on the local circuit, teasing audiences with his intelligent whimsy and self-deprecating musings about life.

George Quinn shambled onto the comedy scene to much acclaim in 2008, with his eclectic mix of the sublime and ridiculous. A professional magician who has now taken his love of physical comedy, bizarre prop work and rambling musings into the field of stand-up, George has been winning audiences over with a visual, quirky act executed by a likeable and accessible performer. He has performed all over the UK including the Edinburgh Festival, Empire Comedy Club, Voicebox and is one of the resident MCs at Big Laughs @ the Big House.
