Tickets
Tickets can be purchased in person from the Waterfront and Ulster Hall Box Offices, over the phone by calling 028 9033 4455 or online by visiting www.transbelfast.com or www.waterfront.co.uk
Credit/debit Card Charges
£1.00 per ticket for credit and debit card bookings made by telephone. £1.50 per transaction for online bookings. Credit/debit card sales made at Box Office counter do not incur a handling charge.
Postage Charge
50 pence per booking for all tickets forwarded by post. Standing and unreserved seating tickets cannot be forwarded by post.
Travel
All trans events take place in venues located in Belfast City Centre which is easily reachable by car, rail and bus. For train and bus timetables please refer to www.translink.co.uk.
Trans is keen to encourage people travelling from further afield to take part in the courses and events available during the festival. We've put together a travel deal which offers reduced ferry rates on Norfolkline routes (www.norfolkline.com) and accommodation to anyone visiting for trans events or Urban Arts Academy courses.
Disabled Access
Trans aims to be as accessible as possible, however a small number of venues used have restricted access.
